Different positions and different scientific schools are presented in this collection. But all authors, whose works were included in the collection, were united by a desire for knowledge of scientific depths of social and economic processes in constantly changing world. The annual scientific conference has been held for 7 years and during this time the level of its preparation has significantly increased. We, with our colleagues, scientists from Indonesia, managed to create a science platform – a forum that promotes actively the exchange of information, ideas and experience gained in implementation of projects and best practices in this area. In addition, this conference is designed to bring together participants, ensure the integration and exchange of knowledge between academic institutions. Papers of leading scientists of Uzbekistan and Indonesia testify strengthening status and scientific authority of this large-scale forum.
